All Star Express 2014


 The path to seeing the correct schedule for your team:


 • NOTE  ::  Field 3 games have been moved to Field 14

Select SCHEDULES from the drop down menu (middle of the top bar);

Select your Division (under Girls)

Select STANDINGS and locate your team in the City pool   

Click on your team for your schedule


For the entire division schedule:

  Click the Print Schedule button at top right to see/print entire schedule.



Waivers must be recorded online for EACH athlete that will take the field. Any athlete who has not completed an online waiver prior to the event will not be permitted to compete.

It is important that teams park only in designated areas and respect all parking staff and signage.  Cars parked on Rt. 9, Federal School Lane or in the rifle range will be towed.  Cars parked on neighborhood streets, fire lanes, no parking zones or other illegal areas will be fined ($120) and/or towed.


Parking is not permitted in surrounding neighborhoods or along Rt 9 – you will be TOWED!

Handicap parking will be available in designated spaces onsite with proper tags/ID to be shown upon entry!


2015 – 2017 (Fri/Sat) – Official Team Parking Pass NOT REQUIRED to park onsite

2018-2022 (Sat/Sun) - Official Team Parking Pass REQUIRED to park onsite – no kidding!
Each MIDDLE school club admin was mailed a limited number of parking passes to distribute to teams. These parking passes will be accepted after 11:30AM on Sat.  Note - parking pass does not guarantee you a spot.

If you did not receive a parking pass from your admin, proceed directly to satellite parking at William Penn HS and ride the complimentary shuttle that will continuously loop the 3 miles between sites.

Parking Pass does not guarantee you a spot – everyone is encouraged to ride the FREE shuttle!




·          Each field is lined to regulation size.

·          Games will consist of 2 – 18 minute halves.

·          Water and Gatorade provided on each field for everyone! Please bring your own water bottle to fill.

·          Tournament rules are listed in the program. US Women’s Lacrosse rules (full checking included) will be followed at ALL levels of play.

·          A field marshal will be on EACH cluster of fields and can communicate with event staff, security and trainers in cases of emergency. Please feel free to ask any questions or request emergency assistance.

·          The division in which your team will play was selected by your club admin, who determined the appropriate competitive placement within your grade level.

·          All Star Express is a competitive event. EACH team will be challenged to play at a high level.



Safety & Conveniences

·          Toilets are plentiful and strategically located near the fields.

·          Trash cans will be everywhere – please use them!

·          Trainers are on the field for first aid only- NOT FOR TAPING.

·         Dogs are NOT permitted on the grounds – local authorities will escort you & your dog from the premises.LEAVE YOUR DOG AT HOME!

·          Don’t forget the sunscreen.

·          Grills, and the cooking that goes with them, are prohibited.

·          Each cluster of fields will share an orange Gatorade tent, stocked with coolers of water and Gatorade to fill your bottle.  Field marshals can communicate with event staff, security and trainers in cases of emergency. Please     feel free to ask any questions or request emergency assistance.


Inclement Weather

While we can only hope for glorious weather– please understand that there is no Plan B in the event of inclement weather.

·          As with any outdoor event, competition is subject to the elements. Tournament play may be suspended or cancelled as a result of inclement weather or field safety conditions.

·          Safety dictates that competition will cease if thunder is heard or lightning is spotted.

·          Games will re-start, in real time, 20 minutes after the last bolt was sighted or sooner if the sky clears.

·          Games will not be re-scheduled.

Team Check-In

The coach of EACH team/club MUST CHECK IN at the Synapse Sports Black Star Tent before your first game.

Each coach will check the status of the team, provide on-site cell numbers and get any last minute directions.

On site roster corrections will be posted in the college coaches tent.


Team Tents

Team tents will be permitted ONLY in the designated team tent area (field 9 on site map), on the perimeter of the venue, the outer rim by the trees and along outside fences, away from all fields, buildings & walkways as directed by Tournament Officials.  NO tents may be erected between fields or in high traffic areas.

The Draw 2014, the recruiting guide for the recruit and the official yellow pages of women’s college lacrosse will be available for purchase in the Synapse Sports Black Star Tent. If you’re in the class of 2015- you should already know everything in the publication! If you’re in the class of 2016 or 2018, The Draw is the ultimate reference. If you are a Riser (class of 2019 & lower), you won’t need this publication  . . . yet!


Onsite Concessions:


Chesapeake Caterers: grilled chicken in pita, Italian sausage, Philly cheesesteak, fresh-cut fries, grilled breakfast sandwiches, fresh lemonade. 


J-Dogs: hot dogs, chicken fingers, fries, soft pretzels, funnel cakes, fried oreos and fresh lemonade.


ZaJus Gourmet Catering: Fresh fruit smoothies, coffee and espresso beverages.

Gatorade, the official sports drink sponsor, will hydrate athletes with PERFORM (original Gatorade) throughout the weekend.  Gatorade coolers will be on each sideline for athletes to fill up using their own water bottles.   


Wave One Sports, the official tournament merchandise provider, will have all the All Star Express apparel on hand all weekend.  Visit the Wave One tent to check out all the new offerings!  



Sportsmanship RULES at Synapse Sports events. Anyone violating the good sportsmanship expected of all players, coaches, fans and parents will be promptly presented with a Purple Card and escorted from the venue.


Shoplifting is a CRIME and will not be tolerated at Synapse Sports events. NO excuses . . . NO exceptions.

Law enforcement officials will be monitoring LAXMALL activities. Anyone caught shoplifting will be immediately expelled from the tournament and will not be allowed to participate in any future Synapse Sports sponsored events. The continued participation of the shoplifter’s team may also be jeopardized.  Vendors are encouraged to prosecute shoplifters under the full extent of the law.  

We strongly suggest that parents and coaches reiterate this policy to players in advance, as a preventative measure.

Online Check-in is now available for this event.

What is Online Check-in?

Online Check-in is an opportunity for you to skip the physical check-in by completing the process online. You will be required to upload .pdf files or images to the secure sincSports cloud. The event will determine which documents are included as a part of your check-in process.

There is a $20 non-refundable fee in order to participate in online check-in. You should be comfortable scanning documents or taking digital photos to complete this process. We will help you through the rest! Please click the link below to begin:

Synapse Sports Mission

Our founding mission remains in tact:   To gather together all divisions of the lacrosse community (players, parents, fans, umpires, coaches, vendors, manufacturers, etc) for destination weekends that celebrate the entire game. 

For us, it’s about the concept of sport. While we acknowledge and appreciate that the recruiting process becomes a heavy factor as girls rise into their junior and senior years, this element has never been the backbone of why we do what we do.


Rain Policy 
As with any outdoor event, competition is subject to the elements. Tournament play may be suspended as a result of inclement weather or field safety conditions. Should the tournament fall short of completion, reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to issue partial refunds. 

Weather Cancellation Policy

All Star Express is an outdoor tournament and therefore subject to the elements.  In the event of inclement weather that causes complete or significant cancellation of tournament play, Synapse Sports reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to offer either partial refunds to participating teams or rain credits towards next year’s registration.  There shall be no refunds for individual games or playoff games lost to weather delays.  

Clubs will be notified if any weather related refund/credit shall be provided within 30 days following event.  In no event shall Synapse Sports be responsible for refunding individual player fees paid to any given Club to attend All Star Express.  Please contact your Club Administrator for information on how any weather related team refunds might be applied at the Club level.
