Schedule

 

The path to seeing the correct schedule for your team:

 

Select SCHEDULES from the drop down menu (middle of the top bar);

Click on GIRLS tab and select your level of play;  High School or Risers

Select STANDINGS

Locate your team in the City pool  

Click on your team for your schedule

 

For the entire division schedule:

  Click the Print Schedule button at top right to see/print entire schedule.

play.(tournament program) will be available at the Synapse Sports tent. Be sure to pick one up!

 

Team Tents

Team tents will be permitted ONLY on the perimeter of the venue, the outer rim by the trees and along outside fences, away from all fields, buildings & walkways. NO tenets may be erected between fields.

The best location is back in the left corner on the site map identified as Team Tents!

 

Parking

Many cars can be accommodated on-site. If everyone carpools, all cars will have a spot!

 

Each high school team has been mailed 7 parking passes for Saturday /Sunday games.

Friday / Sat early games will not present parking issues. Middle School teams will not need a pass!

 

NO player drop off will be available at Kirkwood.

Without a Team parking pass, you may not enter or turn into the complex.

Catch the shuttle that will continuously loop the 5 miles between sites.

 

Handicapped parking will be available in designated spaces with proper tags.

 

It is important that teams park only in designated areas and respect all parking staff and signage.  

Cars parked on neighborhood streets, fire lanes, no parking zones or other illegal areas will be fined ($120) and/or towed.

Parking is not permitted in surrounding neighborhoods or along Rt 9 – you will be TOWED!

 

Safety & Conveniences

·       Toilets are plentiful and strategically located near the fields.

·       Trash cans will be everywhere – please use them!       

·       Trainers are on the field for first aid only- NOT FOR TAPING.

·       Dogs are not permitted on the grounds – LEAVE YOUR DOG AT HOME. 

Anyone with a dog will promptly be asked to leave by security personnel.

·       Don’t forget the sunscreen.

·       Grills, and the cooking that goes with them, are prohibited.

 

There will be a field marshal on each cluster of fields under an orange Gatorade tent. These tents will be stocked with coolers of water and Gatorade to fill your bottle.  Field marshals can communicate with event staff, security and trainers in cases of emergency. Please feel free to ask any questions or request emergency assistance.

 

Team Check-In

The coach of EACH team/club MUST CHECK IN with Synapse Sports well before your first game.

Each coach will check the status of the team, provide on-site cell numbers and get any last minute directions. On site roster corrections will be posted in the college coaches tent.

ALL waivers must be recorded or your team will not be permitted to take the field.

 

Compeition

·       Each field is lined to regulation size.

·       Games will consist of 2 – 20 minute halves.

·       Water and Gatorade provided on each field for everyone!. Please bring your own water bottle to fill.

·       Tournament rules are listed in the program. US Women’s Lacrosse rules (full checking included)

         will be followed at ALL levels of play.

·       A field marshal will be on EACH cluster of fields and can communicate with event staff, security and trainers

         in cases of emergency. Please feel free to ask any questions or request emergency assistance.

·       Your team was identified by your coach/admin to compete in your division within an appropriate level of play.

·       All Star Express is a competitive event. EACH team will be challenged to play at a high level.

 

Inclement Weather

While we can only hope for glorious weather next weekend – please understand that there is no Plan B in the event of inclement weather.

·       As with any outdoor event, competition is subject to the elements. Tournament play may be suspended or cancelled as a result of inclement weather or field safety conditions.

·       Safety dictates that competition will cease if thunder is heard or lightning is spotted.

·       Games will re-start, in real time, 20 minutes after the last bolt was sighted or sooner if the sky clears.

Food & Shopping

Chesapeake Foods and JDogs, along with Melvin and his snowball trucks, will be on hand for breakfast, lunch and snacks. The vendors that will be participating at All Star Express are Arya B, Brine, DeBeer, Defender Mouthguards, Fast Break Sports, Girls Gotta Play, Lacrosse International, Moyer Sports, Sports Her Way, STX, Wave One and YOLO.

 

The Draw 2010, the recruiting guide for the recruit and the official yellow pages of women’s college lacrosse will be available from Synapse Sports. If you’re in the class of 2011- you should already know everything in the publication! If you’re in the class of 2012 or 2103, The Draw is the ultimate reference. If you are a Riser (class of 2014 & lower), you won’t need this publication  . . . yet!

Sportsmanship

Sportsmanship RULES at womenslacrosse.com events. Anyone violating the good sportsmanship expected of all players, coaches, fans and parents will be promptly presented with a Purple Card and escorted from the venue.

 

Shoplifting

Shoplifting is a CRIME and will not be tolerated at womenslacrosse.com events. 

Law enforcement officials will be monitoring LAXMALL activities. 

 

Anyone caught shoplifting will be immediately expelled from the tournament and will not be allowed to participate in any future Galaxy events. The continued participation of the shoplifter’s team may also be jeopardized.  Vendors are encouraged to prosecute shoplifters under the full extent of the law.   

 

We strongly suggest that parents and coaches reiterate this policy to players in advance. as there will be no exceptions.

Rain Policy


As with any outdoor event, competition is subject to the elements. Tournament play may be suspended as a result of inclement weather or field safety conditions. Should the tournament fall short of completion, womenslacrosse.com reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to issue partial refunds.


College Bound Athletes


We encourage college-bound players who plan to attend All Star Express to contact the coaches of schools they are considering.
